EXTRACT GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE

TRAVEL TICKET
The travel ticket issued is valid exclusively for the day, time and journey indicated and must be shown at every request of the service staff (it is not permitted to travel by showing only the receipt). If not in possession of a ticket (paper and/or electronic), the passenger may be admitted, within the limit of available seats, and the ticket will be issued by the on-board staff. A forged, non-integral or otherwise illegible ticket is not valid. The ticket is to all intents and purposes a tax document. The purchase of the ticket guarantees carriage on the journey booked, not the seat

TRAVEL TICKET REFUND
In the event of a journey cancellation, the passenger is entitled to a refund of 70% of the ticket price. Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours prior to the departure time. No refund is due for cancellations communicated/made within 48 hours prior to the departure time or after the departure time itself. Refund requests received after these deadlines will not be accepted

CHILDREN’S TRANSPORT
Children less than 100 cm tall travel free of charge without occupying a seat. Two children under 100 cm in height pay a full fare. Children over 100 cm tall are subject to payment of a full ticket

TRANSPORT OF PETS
Small pets (dogs and cats) (max kg 10 – 12) may be transported in a pet carrier or muzzled (dogs). The normal fare (full fare) applies to the carriage of animals. The guide dog of a blind passenger is not subject to payment of a ticket

LUGGAGE TRANSPORT
Passengers (with a valid travel document) are entitled to free transport, under their own custody, of one item of luggage with a maximum size of 140 cm (length + depth + width) and weighing no more than 20 kg. Additional baggage may only be accepted if space is available in the luggage compartment and upon payment of an additional fee on board as per current fares

SUBSCRIPTIONS
The subscription is generated within a rechargeable digital card with no expiry date. The season ticket is valid for the purchased route or for shorter routes within the same route. The season ticket may only be used by one person per journey. It is the passenger’s duty to present the season ticket to the on-board staff, who will then proceed to validate a journey. The subscriber may reserve a ride using his or her own subscription when purchasing the ticket. Once booked, the ride is non-refundable.
