Changes to the ticket


Each ticket is only valid for the day, time and route specified and must be shown at the staff’s request.

Our tickets are available for purchase at:

  • the major travel agencies on the Romagna Riviera and at the ticket offices – over 160 affiliated sales points that are located in the areas that are covered by our services.
  • alternatively, you can pay by credit card directly at at the online ticket office.
  • if a passenger does not have a ticket and/or an electronic ticket, he or she can be admitted on board the bus, according to seating availability, and the ticket will be issued by the staff on board without a supplement.

A ticket is, for all intents and purposes, a tax document.

A ticket that is counterfeit, damaged or in any way rendered illegible is not valid.


You can change the date or travelling time on the same route and on the same section of the route no later than the departure time stated by the booked ticket in one of the following ways:

Change of a one-way ticket:

One-way tickets can only be changed at the sales point where they were purchased.

Change of outward and return tickets:

Change of the outward journey: the outward journey may only be changed at the sales point where the ticket was purchased.

Change of the return journey: the return trip, after the date of the outward trip, can be changed at one of the authorised affiliated sales points with a 5 Euro penalty charge.
